Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. We have the right to refuse a return based on defect, smell, etc.
You have 5 business days from the date your order ships to return your item for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All store credits will be refunded via a Shop Charli gift card. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order. When returning please attach your order number.
We do not offer exchanges.
